Paula Poundstone

Friday, July 12, 2013 at 7:30 p.m.

Pantages Theater

Tickets: $28, $38, $48 and $69
Appearing on stage with a stool, a microphone and a can of Diet Pepsi, Paula Poundstone is famous for her razor sharp wit and spontaneity. Paula’s ability to create humor on the spot has become the stuff of legend and her live, classic stand-up act is one of the gems of the comedy club scene. Each performance is a once in a lifetime experience shared only with the audience attending the show.

Always dressed in her signature suit and tie, Paula has appeared on Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The David Letterman Show, and most recently as a regular panelist on the beloved NPR quiz show, Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me. She was the first woman to host the White House Correspondent’s Dinner, as well as the first to win the Cable ACE Award for her HBO comedy special Cats, Cops and Stuff.

Make sure to bring your friends . . . they’ll thank you. It’s with little wonder people leave Paula’s shows complaining their cheeks hurt from laughter!
