Tacoma Opera
2011/12 Season
The World Up Close
We’re traveling the globe this season, with operas set in Naples, Berlin, New York and Paris. But we’re doing so in the intimate style for which Tacoma Opera is known.
This year, we’re taking intimacy one step further, with our two major productions both staged in the jewel-box Rialto Theater. If you’re a Tacoma Opera devotee, you know that the Rialto has been home to many of our most thrilling performances. Join us this season and you’ll see everything on stage - the singers, the orchestra, and the sets. And at the Rialto, there’s not a bad seat in the house.
It’s a world-wide tour you won’t want to miss.
